Yesica Graham - offering Counselling Psychotherapy in person or online
I know how hard life can sometimes be, and I also know how much talking to a professional can help. I was in therapy for several years, and that experience was what inspired me to train to become a therapist myself – so that I could also help other people who struggle. Life and its complexities can lead you to feel anxious and desperate. You might feel that things in your life are too much for you, or you might be feeling stuck. You might be struggling with self esteem or lack of motivation, or your thoughts have become too difficult to handle. Perhaps you are struggling with bereavement, shame or trauma.
My hope is to be able to support you in a way that you can understand yourself better and you feel more connected to your authentic self, and feel more content with your life.
I have direct personal and/or professional experience of working with:
Developmental trauma
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
Post Traumatic Stress (PTS)
Bereavement
Sexual Abuse
Addiction
Anxiety disorder
Panic attacks
Depression
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
Sleeping difficulties
Self harm
Suicide Ideation
Dissociation
BPD
I have worked with young people (age 11+) & adults in different settings and from different backgrounds.
I use an integrative person-centred & trauma-informed counselling approach, which incorporates Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed Somatics, Transactional Analysis, Gestalt & Attachment theory.
I can offer a confidential, non-judgemental, safe environment for my clients to explore their issues and difficulties. Depending on the needs & preferences of the client, I may incorporate bodywork as well as talking therapy, so the work I do with each individual client is unique and tailored to them. I am bound by the Ethical Framework to ensure good practice & I am fully insured.
I am also a fluent Spanish-speaker and I am equally confident working with clients in English or Spanish.
Chris Graham - offering Person-Centred Yoga Therapy in person or online
My life purpose is to develop, support and connect with others. I aim to create the conditions for you to experience positive and meaningful change, whilst at the same time always continuing to learn, move and evolve, so we don't get too stuck.
I have been studying and teaching mind body practices for over 20 years (Capoeira, Yoga, Mindfulness).
I have spent the last 3 years training with the Minded Institute to offer Yoga Therapy as well. I have now completed all the formal requirements of the training and I am awaiting the results of my case studies to fully qualify as a Yoga Therapist. However, I can already offer Yoga Therapy at a REDUCED RATE, whilst working as a Student Practitioner under supervision. This means you can access Yoga Therapy at a more affordable rate now.
My work is guided by the question, "Am I living in a way which is deeply satisfying to me, and which truly expresses me?" I hope that over time this question can be answered more and more positively.
If this sounds like something that you would like to explore, please Contact me for an initial conversation.
The Soul Movement website has details of my Capoeira, Yoga & Mindfulness teaching work - if you would like to attend one of my regular classes.
If you are still unsure whether therapy is right for you, or whether you would benefit more from a Counselling Psychotherapy approach or from Yoga Therapy, please don't hesitate any longer - the first step is the most important one and by simply contacting us, we can start an initial conversation and discuss the options.
Wishing you much success, health, healing and happiness on your journey.
